Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Vaidik Jyotish, we provide personalized astrology and spiritual consultation services. Please read this policy carefully before booking any service.
Cancellation Policy
- Consultation bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.
- Cancellation requests must be communicated via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will not be eligible for a refund.
- No cancellation is allowed once the consultation or service has started.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Payment is successfully deducted but the service is not delivered due to a technical or administrative issue from our side.
- A valid cancellation request is made within the allowed cancellation period.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, missed appointments, dissatisfaction with guidance, services already delivered (fully or partially), or any ritual, puja, yagya, or remedial service once started.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
